My Technican Eric Jackson was excellent. He took his time to ensure my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I would definitely use your company again because of the GREAT job Eric Jackson did!
it does a great job on my carpets and David did an amazing job-- there were some stains that did NOT come out the last time I had Zerorez and he got them out. I think he took real care and really worked it - I can see the patterns in the carpet of how thoroughly he did it. HE is Fantastic and I would like to use him the next time - please put that in my record.
