Always as advertised with the acception of drying time, Even with my heaters and fans running a full 24 hours to allow for drying. Even then I had to dry another room that had fans running all day and extra evening and these are not small fans. Ihad three large fans, my ceiling fans, heaters and three small fans running and it still took a good 40-48 hours to dry completely. That took me by surprise esoecially since the outside temperatures were in the twenties which meant my heaters were running constantly.
Products and services are outstanding.
There isn't a residue left behind. The carpets are not soaking wet for hours/days afterwards. Our technician, Steve, was very nice and took his time cleaning our carpets. He did an excellent job!!!
Very professional service man.
Curt was our technician and he was wonderful. We can not say enough good things about him or his work. Our home is about 20yrs. old and the carpets have not been cleaned since they were installed. Stains that we felt would never come out; did. This says a lot about your product/technique and your technician.
As business owners we recognize the value of our employees and know that our company is represented by them and depends on them for our growth. You have a great asset in Curt. Do your best to encourage his stability in your company.

I look for good customer service as well as a good product. This is my 2nd time using Zerrorez and was somewhat satisfied this time. The carpets were clean but were harder than I expected after they completed dryed. If there us a remedy for this please let me know. I did however recommend 2 customers in the last three days. Thank you.
