My technician Miles was very knowledgeable about my carpet stains and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet he was very respectful and very professional. I would definitely use zero Rez again and request Miles to do the job can't say enough about my experience.

One recommendation for ZeroreZ is to advertise its pricing clearer. I signed up when 680 pushed your post Christmas special. I recall Sandra saying sign up this week to qualify for $109 / 4 rooms. Due to weather the initial appt was postponed. That's is understandable. However upon cleaning day the rep wasn't aware what I signed up for.
He was kind enough to call in to confirm a special. Somehow things weren't as clear though..new rates for the 4th room versus stairs..go with stairs and add a room. Not sure what the pricing trapezoid was but I just wanted my carpets cleaned plus my stairs. So I moved on so I could get to work. If you have trip fees to include, that should be mentioned in the commercial.
In the end my 4 room for $109 plus adding a carpet runner over stairs equaled $244. I would've thought the stairs would be another $60 on top the 109 deal. I'm ok paying for your service, but just be clearer on the advertised pricing. When I recommend you I do have to mention the rates tend to be higher than advertised.
