Ease of scheduling

Great duct cleaning services performed by Christian. He was very polite and carefully cleaned all of our ducts! After the cleaning, I had left for a little while and when I returned my house smelled so fresh and clean!

Josh did an exceptional job evaluating our needs and explaining our options. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the results!

It was easy to book, and the young man who came to clean our sofa was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and did an excellent job. Our sofa looks great!

The first guy didn’t do quite as good a job as the second guy did, but he did OK. The floors look great just around the doors frames. He didn’t do very well. The second guy got everything including the baseboards clean, which was greatly appreciated. He used the scrubber to make sure the tile got clean very well. The first guy did not use the scrubber, and the tile was a lot dirtier.

The service was done with a smile and dedication.

Riley and Phillip were the technicians assigned to clean my carpet. They arrived on time. Riley did the walk around looking at the areas scheduled for cleaning. Asked questions. He answered all of my questions. Phillip cleaned all of the areas and waited for me to do a walk around. Love the results! I'll make another appointment in about a year. Thank you for the opportunity to applaud great customer service! Riley and Phillip are great team!

I did have an issue -- the carpet on my stairs on the edges in some places have some marks, I believe from the equipment used. They weren't there previously. What is the best way for me to get those marks out? I also was told that some of the stains might pop out and they have. Same question there about the best way to treat those?
