We had our air ducts cleaned and then the carpet cleaned afterwards - all in the same day. So I will do this survey for both services. First, we were not prepared for all the dust left after cleaning the ducts. We had to clean the floors, walls, blinds, and furniture from all that fell through the vents. This was the first time we have dealt with duct cleaning so we did not know what to expect. We found it to be very messy and probably won't do it again. The cleaning of the carpet went well. No complaints there. The only other MAJOR concern we had was that one of the trucks - either the duct cleaning or the carpet cleaner - was leaking underneath. It caused one large stain and several small stains on our freshly pressure washed driveway! We live in a neighborhood where the association sends out letters to home owners if the driveways are not clean. So I guess we will have it pressure washed again which is an added expense we were not expecting all from one of your work trucks.
