Our commercial grade carpet looks new! Patrick was very informative about what steps he was taking. Our offices were left fresh smelling not chemical smelling.
I like that they clean with no soaps/chemicals. I don't like that the price is NEVER the advertised price. There are ALWAYS added charges and trip fees. Brining your truck to the job site should be a part of the basic fee and spraying an additional enzyme from a hand held pump sprayer should not cost $90!!
That said, the guys were very nice and polite and my carpets are once again clean!
Aquarius went above and beyond. We are turning an office into a nursery. The owners in the house before us had a dog that urinated in this room constantly. You would never know now!
