The before and after pictures show that the job was done well using that humongous vacuum truck and ironizing the individual vents. I used my ordinary vacuum cleaner to accomplish the same tasks to no avail.

I like that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals and the carpet dries quicker than other companies' services. Roberto is nice and courteous. He came in, surveyed the rooms to service, went to work and completed the job timely. He then asked me to check the rooms to ensure my satisfaction.

He was informative, professional and thorough. He offered services that were needed as far as area rug cleaning and arranged to make that happen after he cleaned our carpets. As a small business owner myself, I loved his attentiveness to see the need of the customer and meet that need with services his company offered.
