The representative that worked in our home was very professional and friendly. He took his time to ensure a maximum level of cleanliness was achieved and even asked us if there was anything we noticed in need of a second touch-up before he departed.

You try to remove stains and ask if the job is acceptable. On time. Polite. Reasonable. Unfortunately stain came back within 24 hours. There are now brown round spots that weren't there before. They don't even look like the spots that were originally cleaned. I would like someone to contact me and take a look at the spots. Phone number removed
