Technician was fabulous. I am an obsessive neat freak and he was just as particular as I am. Not sure who was more excited, him or me, as he showed me the difference while he was cleaning. My carpet is 44 years old and I thought beyond hope. Can't afford to replace it quite yet so was looking for even a slight improvement. I was so excited after seeing how clean it was that I have not even moved the furniture back yet so I can really appreciate the difference. Zerorez is my only carpet cleaning company from here on out.

Also didn't know you guys did tile. Just so happened that I had spent 2 days on my hands and knees scrubbing bathroom floor grout and was only 1/3 of the way done. The technician noticed the difference and suggested having him give it a shot. My tile is so clean and bright that I need sunglasses. Who knew that the bathroom could be the favorite room to show off? My only regret ... where were you guys 2 days before?

I had a large trouble spot in one of the rooms Matt got the stain out. My whole house looks and smell great. Very satisfied.
