Promptness and efficiency of the tec. He was well informed, very polite and pleasant! The carpets look good! However, I have a very old dog who has been using a area of my bedroom as her personal urinal. The tec used the enzyme but the odor persists. Your advise would be appreciated. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend you. I am a repeat customer but I cannot remember if it was in this house or my previous home.

Great service. Great people. One little hiccup this time, but no big deal. I had asked for the representative to come not before 1:00 as I was away from the home. He didn't get that updated information, but my neighbor was kind enough to get him inside and start the work until I got home.
