Your service personnel as well as those in the office are fairly knowledgeable and cordial. I just wish pet treatment costs were a little more in line with the main service.

Technician was very nice, and did a great job, however, there were two places I think he missed. One actually looks worst now than before.

We had a great experience with Zerorez, primarily due to the professionalism of their representative. He explained everything clearly and helped us to understand our options regarding special treatments and adding areas. He then went to work and was done within 1-1/2 hours while taking great care to not damage furniture and drapes. Carpets now appear to be very clean and certainly look much better. Only time will tell how good their product actually is, but I'm convinced that this was money well spent.

You were able to get my carpets nearly perfectly clean. You were able to remove stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove.
