The main reason I called Zerorez is because they don't use chemicals to clean. My carpet is 10 years old and never been professional cleaned. They now look brand new.

My aged carpeting looks like New and the whole house smells fresh and clean!! I have recommended Zerorez to everyone I know! Customer service is great. Got a call to let me know they would be here at 1:40 and the service tech was walking up to the door at...wait for it...1:40!if you want clean rugs and carpets use Zerorez!!!

I love everything about your product! I am still enjoying my carpet looking brand new as though I just moved into my house! U thank him for his professionalism, mannerism,and I have all high praises for him for his professionalism, mannerism, courtesies, and his knowledge of what it takes to clean the carpet.
