Derrick, the technician who cleaned our W2W carpets and examined our area rugs was AWESOME! Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable! He quoted us on the area rugs and we entrusted him with taking our Persians for off-premise cleaning.
I was a bit concerned because the representative who scheduled our appointment when I contacted you was a bit abrupt; she certainly knew her information but seemed annoyed with my questions (this is our first experience with Zerorez). Nonetheless, we are happy with the service. The W2W rugs look refreshed.

How clean the carpets are.

No residue, no offensive odors. The cleaning was thorough and the carpet was brighter after being cleaned with Zerorez products! Sean Simon was thorough and knowledgeable of Zerorez' products. After his recommendations, I did add services but with NO regrets! I will ask for Sean Simon on my future cleanings because he did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my carpet!

The carpets looked very clean after they dried! It did take them 12 to 18 hours to dry even with us turning all the ceiling fans on and turning the heat up!

The cleaning process to me seems so much better than the standard carpet cleaning that other servicers provide. The carpet looks and smells cleaner. It dries faster and feels great after it dries. Soft and fluffy not crunchy like with other providers. The customer service is great as well. The representative kept me informed every step of the way. Half way through he asked me to review what he had done so far and if I was satisfied or if I noticed any problems. He did a thorough and timely job. I have used Zerorez for about 3 years and don't think I would ever use another servicer unless they used the same technique. Thank you.
