Client Testimonials

Nothing as of yet;except quick service and performance.

The service was on time, quick and the technician did a great job.

Courteous and professional techs, quality cleaning.

My carpet looks brand new! I've had other carpet cleaners and it does not compare. Zerorez is very professional and I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Prompt polite

Quick and well done.

I was very impressed with our service provider, Jonathan Stark, who was very professional and courteous. He went way beyond what was expected and was very thorough and detail oriented. I hope you appreciate this employee, since the service he delivered is not readily available in most industries. He did a great job and, based on him, I would recommend your services.

The technician I had on this last visit was wonderful in every way!

Was able to schedule service on less than 24 hour notice. The technician was prompt, polite, knowledgable, efficient, was very careful with hoses, furniture, etc. Was in and out very quickly and it was dry within the 4 to 6 hour timeframe. No odors or perfumes.

Great job and very polite!!!

Excellent service by the technicians. They arrived earlier and were very courteous.

The non-chemical empowered water.

All good start to finish

The service was very professional and the 2 workmen were well dressed, well informed and explained the job well to me and left the place clean.

Your technician (I believe his name was Gervin) came around 6:15pm Saturday. I was pretty hesitant with being the last appointment of the day, especially on a Saturday. He was awesome! Our carpet was nasty and he did a great job. Will definitely use y'all next month when we move. Thanks

The Service Tech was outstanding in regards to customer services, and his performance was above satisfactory. I would recommend him to all my friends in the neighborhood.

He was fast with the service and nice.

The job was well done also

Easy to schedule; professional and courteous technician.

The knowledge able how to maintain your carpet. Also the quick service that are provided.

Zero Rez removed all of the stains that we initially thought were permanent. Actually, we thought it would be good just to have it cleaned after 15 years. When the Tech told us all the stains had been removed because it was vat-dyed was like icing on the cake. The Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the technique and gave us some pointers on the make-up of the carpet.

I will definitely call you all again to clean my other rooms of carpet.

Thanks Zero Rex!
