The arrival was on time. A very pleasant man who seemed to know exactly what to do. My dingy white carpet looks terrific. No spills or accidents. He was very careful. My husband and I had already moved furniture. He spent about 15-20 minutes on my sofa: 8 cushions plus the back, sides, lower front, etc. I knew the sofa charge when I booked but it seems high when I see how little time he spent on it. But no damage, and I will call again when needed. No,I won't call: I will use the internet again. Signing up online was easy. I was already a repeat customer.

carpet looks and feels very clean after service. it also dries very quickly. Services are timely- never have to wait for late service.

I was impressed with the service. The 2 workers (Larry and Kurt) were very professional. They "knew what they were doing" and did it. They also counseled us on how often we should have or ducts cleaned. We were impressed that they were able to show us pictures of what our ducts looked like before and after.
