We liked that you don't use soap. However the first time you cleaned our carpet, it was super clean! One young man came an cleaned it an all spots were gone. This time it was not as good. We understand that our carpet is old . But it will be a while before we call you again. We were disappointed in the cleaning. We believe in your service however I think some of your employees are better than others.

I loved my Zerorez experience. We bought a new house and while the carpets weren't in bad shape, I still wanted them cleaned. Our tech was a little late but it didn't inconvenience me. They ended up waiving the service fee which was great. He was quick and efficient and was done in no time. My carpets look great!
