They picked up and dropped off my rug efficiently and I was actually stunned how great my rug looked. It has been in an antique store for a year and was extremely dirty. It looks brand new.. Fabulous

We had a great first experience with Zerorez. Our service was performed by Paul who was punctual at a 8am appointment on a Saturday morning. We were impressed with his timeliness since we wanted our carpets to dry by evening. He was very professional and explained the product being used on our carpets. Most importantly, he made us very comfortable to be in our home cleaning our carpets in a personal and professional manner. He took pride in the work he performed in our house and it was obvious he enjoyed what he did everyday with his exceptional customer service. I appreciated Paul taking the time to listen to our concerns and addressing those needs. Our carpets in our home look so bright and clean and we cannot find any of the stains we used to see day in and day out. We are so happy to have chosen Zerorez to clean our carpets and Paul to perform our service.

I think the technician Eric did a great job, but do not know how I am supposed to rate the opinion on the cost since you do not give me an option to differentiate between the performance of work and cost. Eric was a fine young man and cleaned thoroughly and was very polite.
