Client Testimonials
Dependable, professional, great job well done! Did exactly as requested and at the price quoted. Fluffed up my old dirty carpets like new!
Thanks again! First name removed
Brian showed up at the beginning of my appointment window. And was out by the end of the appointment window. He was fast and knowledgeable of the product and service. He was super friendly and communicated every step of the way. I was excited for NoRez to clean my carpets after using competitors in the past and being less than satisfied with the final results. NoRez definitely delivered and Brian was an awesome addition to the clean carpets. He was aware of my year old at all times and even joked a bit. Best customer service I’ve received in my home yet! Thanks NoRez! I will be calling again when I’m in need of a freshen up! And referring my friends and family! My house smells and looks amazing!!!
I wasn't on site but I talked to Chris (?). He was very helpful though I had some painters using some of the rooms he needed to access. We came up with a game plan and he executed it perfect.

Excellent job and your rep was wonderful!
Roberto and James were here yesterday and Felipe came to my new home. Roberto refreshed my memory about the handmade rugs I had bought in the past twenty years. He and and James treated my rugs with respect and reassured me that they would be handled with care. Thanks Roberto and James!
Felipe carefully examined the hardwood floors. He gave me options on how they could be refinished and/or repaired.
