The technician was great!

The carpet looks great (white carpet, 22 years old) and was dry by the time we settled in for the night (late afternoon appointment). Not a bunch of added chemical smells to worry about.

Technician was very professional. I use Zerorez every year. My floors are so fresh and clean and it does not take but a few hours to dry.

All of the staff has been a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and friendly. Floors look great and it was a very speedy service!

My carpet is 30+ years old, it has heavy traffic and hasn't really been cleaned in the last 20 years. The technician was very professional and explained he was going to do everything he could to get all the stains out, however, it might not be possible. Nelson worked diligently and efficiently and the carpet looked much better when he left and it smelled better as well. I will probably have the same carpets retreated again in the spring or summer just to give them a boost.

Great quality service from David. He did a wonderful job on our carpet and the stairs look amazing. I don't think they had ever been professionally cleaned and they look like new!

The tech was wonderful. So helpful and informative. Our carpets were in really bad shape. They are not perfect but as good as could be expected I suppose.

I like that you do not use chemicals or soaps to mat down the rugs and keep the dirt coming to the surface...The only thing I did not like was the worker coming in to my house and telling me that he was not going to move any furniture....I assumed the bigger pieces would not be moved but smaller table and chairs should have been no problem. The instruction even tell you that in the confirmation e mail that was sent.
