Prices are fair. Khoury was very professional, courteous, and he seemed to care about my service . He explained the process and made sure that I understood. I was not required to pay service charge due to my scheduled appointment not being met. Also, I was notified in advance that the appointment would be late.

Carpet came out great but there is a lack of communication between client and office as far as any extra charges. The tech was nice,neat and explained any extras which almost made us cancel the whole thing which if there had been a phone call from the office person that all could have been avoided.
So a 10 for the tech and a 9 for the company.

The carpet got very clean.

The carpet is clean and looks good. However, for some reason, this time it stayed wet longer. It’s still damp after three days. I don’t know?
