Technician Mike was knowledgeable and professional.

We are very pleased with the results from having our carpets cleaned! We have two dogs and had a good amount of old urine stains from when they were puppies. We tried to clean them ourselves with a carpet machine we bought but some of the stains were still visible.
Communication was prompt and professional. Steven, our carpet tech was on time, courteous, professional and very personable. He did a great job for us!
