We were very impressed with the service we received. The gentleman was very friendly and courteous, did an excellent job of cleaning. First time in 7 months we can't smell "dog" in our home. He got all the unpleasant smells out of the carpet!!!! Didn't think that was possible. Very pleased. He also gave tips on cleaning up pet accidents. We will be using them again and again.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the cleaning and deodorizing process in detail. He did an excellent job. Based on the service he provided, I would use Zerorez in the future and highly recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

Once the guys were onsite and working, they would forget to take the protective covers for their shoes on/off. They would go outside to the truck, etc, and leave them on while outside and then come back inside.

Your thoroughness, attention to detail, the actual steam cleaning action of your equipment, placing fans to promote drying and of course, the zero residue when completed.

I can only take exception to one area of my service. It was late, so I'm assuming it to be an inadvertent act; however, the complementary bottle of your hydrolyzed spot cleaning product & microfiber cloth (that was promised with the "whole house application of carpet fiber protector") was forgotten, or at least not given to us.

the carpet looks very clean and fluffy. The service person showed up on time and was very efficient. I do not like their was a service fee and that the stairs were so much more. I would have preferred to have one room and stairs. But seriously the service fee of $15 is ridiculous since you have to come to your customer's home anyway. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

The carpet isn’t sticky after cleaning and it dries much faster when you clean it.
