Reggie was amazing he took his time and explained the whole process. We talked about treating one room because of my dogs. I did not feel he was pushy or aggressive. He was very polite. Reggie is a great asset to your team.

Our service technician, Darious, was very professional and polite.
We received a call from the company and they told us he would arrive at 10 a.m. on the dot, which he did.
We discussed the work to be done and he made a couple of suggestions and then got right to work.
Also, I like that ZeroRez is designed not to leave residue and contaminants in the carpet.
I have used a number of different carpet cleaning services over the years, but the cleaning by ZeroRez just seems to hold up better and longer than any of the others. I don't have the dirty spots coming back within a month after they've cleaned.
For all the above reasons, we have stayed with ZeroRez since we switched to them 3 years ago.

He did a great job I will be using you again. The carpet looks much better after it drying. I would like to give him a tip also I did ot do that. I had to much going on the day of the cleaning.
