The tech who shampooed my carpets was Corey. He was great. Corey first thanked me for having all my furniture moved. He then surveyed the soiled carpets and explained that some of the stains may not come out but he would do his best. Well, he did a wonderful job. Stains he thought wouldn't come out did. When I mentioned that I probably would call next month to have someone come out again, he asked me what other rooms did I want cleaned. I was only having two rooms done and the stairs as a third room. He explained that I could have an additional room done for only $40. So I did. All rooms downstairs and now cleaned and look great. I am completely satisfied.

Was impressed once again with the amazing job of getting stains renters left in my wool carpet. I have had zerorez get bong smelly stains to orange slime out. Renters leave some nasty stuff but my house always looks and smells great when zerorez leaves. Thanks Collin you did a wonderful job.
