Zerorez is wonderful! Our carpets look new again! Our technician, Devin did an amazing job, paying attention to some difficult areas, and he did a GREAT job. We'll never use anyone else. Zerorez is The BEST!

What do you like about our products and services?

Although the technician had mechanical issues with his equipment, he remained patient and communicated well explaining the delay. The carpet looked almost new (although it is 16 yrs old!) once he was done!

The people who have come to our home are always nice. I love that soap is not used. Our carpets feel so clean after Zerorez has cleaned. We shall continue with Zerorez!

I like that it is environmentally safe and that you were willing to work with my schedule. I also like that you waived my service fee. That made a HUGE difference for me as I had just moved in to my home the day before & my budget was really tight.

My tech Mike was AMAZING. He was kind & polite & knowledgeable. He took extra time & cared enough to make sure he used to proper cleaning technique based on the fabric on my sofa.

The cleaning process is better than any competition using soap in their process. Zero Rez is pure water and leaves carpet looking and smelling clean and fresh. I used them several years. Every tech that comes , always compliments how nice my 14 yr. old carpet looks. I laugh and respond. No,thank you for maintaining my carpet.
You’ll not meet nicer people that listen to you and take care of your concerns.
I’ll keep using Zero Rez and urge you to just “ try them out”. You’ll NOT be disappointed.
