The Zerorez Crew were on time, knowledgeable about what was to be done and explain it to me, the customer!
The crew had to work around some of my fall/winter clutter in order to gain access to some of my air ducts/vents throughout the house. I know that it took up more of their time in getting the job completed, but they did not complain and got the job done in a very timely matter.

We now have a beautiful, clean, "looks like new" carpet! I Don't know where you found Darius Brown, but you need to keep him and if you have a training program you would do well to put him in charge of it. He communicated with us to let us know when he would be arriving and kept the time. Darius presents himself and your company well. He explained what he was using, the process and how long we needed to stay off the carpet (which was something I forgot to ask when scheduling the appointment). We will be doing at least three more rooms come Autumn and Darius is the person we want. Please thank him again for us and we hope to see him in a few months!
