Great job and very professional
I was able to get service in a timely manner. The man who came explained what he was going to do how long it would take. He did a great job. The only problem was that he said the carpet would dry in six hours however it was still wet in nine hours later. The weather was dry. Overall I was pleased.

The technician was very professional and informative. He gave me advice on how to maintain a cleaner carpet for longer (until the next service). The product turned out great, as well! My carpets have been in place since 1998, and all three rooms looked amazing!

The cost shocked me ($4600.00) but the gentlemen who came to the house were courteous and respectful and worked hard during the time they were here.
Air duct cleaning was great and we could immediately notice an improvement in our home.
