Your technicians have been top notch. This is our fourth time. The product does an “8” job on our older wool carpet but with the good service, giving the process a 9. Call center staff is also top notch. Your HR department or incentive program, or both, appear to have nailed it.

The technician was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and paid attention to every detail without trying to sell me something I didn't need. The carpets and furniture looked almost new after cleaning so I was extremely happy with the results. The carpet didn't take long to dry so I was able to walk on it fairly soon and it still looks great and smells great.
