I am overall mostly pleased with the service I was provided with. The service was prompt and quick, and the technician explained everything in great detail to me. Now that the carpet has dried and it's been a couple of days, I will say that I am a little disappointed that there are visible lines in my carpet where it could've been cleaned better (I did take photos that I can send in if need be). I'd like for it to be fixed, and it's only in a couple of places, but like I said, it's very visible. Other than that, I am pleased with the service.

The service was awesome....quick and efficiently executed.
However, a couple of my vents that were putting out of heat are not now so I need them checked. Perhaps something was blown loose.

Steve did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. Went above and beyond. Carpets look amazing. Very detail oriented. Had wall protectors to protect my wall corners, shoe booties to protect floors from dirt and a mop to clean up any extra water droplets. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend.
