Our tech Steve called and said he could come at 2pm instead of the 3-6 window. This was great. He was very professional and polite. Didn't try to upsell us but did explain in detail the additional services available. He did an excellent job on our carpets and we were (are) very pleased with the result. I HIGHLY recommend Zero Res for all your carpet cleaning needs.
