The service provided by Roderick (last name unknown) was exceptional!!!!! He was very personable, professional, and diligent in his performance. In fact, our carpet is 12 years old and when he finished cleaning it, it took at least 5 years off of the appearance. The Zerorez products also contributed greatly and enhanced the results that were attained. In fact, the carpet was not only clean and fresh smelling but also much brighter. Additionally, the promotional was well worth the investment both financially and in the maintenance of our carpet. Because of Covid-19 I was hesitant to schedule but I am so happy that I did. My technician was very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing and his product and company. He had gloves, KN95 mask and shoe covering. After he finished he offered to sanitize all doorknobs and stair railings. I declined and told him I would do it myself so he gave me a bottle of cleaner.
My carpets look great and the smell of rosemary and orange peel is so nice. My technician offered me several options and I politely refused what I didn’t want and felt no pressure at all. I was glad he told me about some extra options otherwise I would not have known. My carpet were dry in 6-8 hours. Perfect!!
I will recommend Zerorez to anyone that needs the carpet cleaned.
