Jerit was our carpet cleaner and he was exceptional, he was very informative in the beginning in regards to Zerorez safety procedures and how the service was going to go today which put me and my family at ease. He also ran into a problem with truck producing the alkaline water which delayed the service being complete but he came in and explained everything as to why he needed the alkaline water, giving me the knowledge made me okay with waiting longer to make sure the service would be complete accurately. He also gave us some tips on preserving the carpet. Jerit was awesome and made it a pleasant experience. Thanks!
