Second time using Zerorez and just as happy this time as I was the first time. Brian the Indoor Environmental Specialist did a great job. He arrived on time, did a great job cleaning, and then gave me clear instructions on when I could move things back in place. He could not have been more professional.

The young lady who did my carpets was excellent, followed the guidelines with wearing her mask and was very professional. She did a great job! No smell left behind either which was important to me! I’d use you again and recommend you to everyone!

For one, its the person that is sent to do the work. The young man was polite, professional , and knew what he was doing. I thought I had steps added on my order but he told me that I had substituted the hall instead. The sale person on the phone when I order told me different. I wanted to stay under $150.so I must had misunderstood the young lady on the phone, I wasn't happy with that but the young man made up for that by being very kind. I am a senior and on a fixed income and wanted to keep it at that price of $150 or less. He told me how much the steps will be so I said okay. After he finished the job he ask me to go through the house and ask if I had questions.. He then said let me know what else I can do for you. I really like his attitude and answering yes mam. You don't find young people like that now a days. It was much different then the person I had before.(It all depends on the person you send out.) The young lady that took the order was nice however a misunderstanding of what I wanted.

The technician was very professional & did an excellent job on my carpet. When I get my carpet clean in six months I want the same person because he knows how to get the job done correctly.

The guys did a great job cleaning my ducts. I liked that before and after photos were shared with me.

The customer service was excellent.

I really like the way my carpets look after Tyrone was done. I do child care in my home so it was really important that I use an eco friendly company with babies crawling on the floor all the time. I do think that he or I forgot about the sanitizing ....I thought about it after he left ...ok so we forgot about the sanitizing part.
