The young man that cleaned the carpets was very nice, and quick. He explained what he was going to do, and when he was finished he showed me the stains he was able to remove.

We had our vents cleaned and carpets cleaned. The techs were all AWESOME! Very professional hard-working men who did a great job! We are very pleased with the services provided and the quality.

We were pleased to have our carpet steam cleaned by ZeroRez, and they delivered our area rug back to us and put everything in place as we requested. We had to have it back by May 12th and the pick up technician forgot to communicate that to the company, so I had to make a couple phone calls to get arrangements made to have it dropped off by May 13, 2025 in time for us to go out of town for awhile. I would have appreciated it if there was more attentiveness paid to our delivery needs. There were also a couple stains and black spots on the carpet that I was concerned about. They explained to me that they might not come out. They were still there when it was brought back, which is understandable, but it might have been nice if they had given me some detail about what was done to try to lift the stains out, even if it was unsuccessful. We also like the carpet pad that they recommended for us to place underneath the area rug.

I trust that my floors are clean. They look clean and they're not soaking wet or sticky.
