He did amazing job

I had been dealing with an upper respiratory infection for about a month. I had a constant cough that I just could not get rid of, and my husband developed a pink eye. Well, he went to the doctor and the doctor said he did not have the pick eye. I believe our problem may have stem from our duct system. We had some remodeling done on the house last year, so all that debris and dust was coming out, and contaminating our air. The house was always dusty know matter how often I dust. Zerorez has cleaned our duct before, but it has been a while, so I call for them to come out and clean the duct. The tech came out and he found mold in the duct. He told us he couldn't clean the duct at that time because of the mold. He took a sample of the mold for testing, and once the results came back the tech was able to come out and clean the system. He told us he would have to do a remediation process to remove the mold, and he recommended installing a Ultravation light to prevent the mold from coming back and help with the dust. He showed us pictures of before and after, and after he cleaned the duct that night, we slept well I did cough hardly at all. Now we are breathing clean air and I feel better. I purchased some air purifiers to continently clean the air. I haven't seen any particles floating in the air. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Dillon did his best on his callback to remove traffic pattern stains
but with little effect. FYI we used simple dawn dish soap and water
along with our Hoover carpet shampoo cleaner and were able to
remove 90 % + of these footprints. Carpet is a little over one year
old and has stain guard.

Team was super courteous, however the service time took longer than expected based on what I was initially told when I booked the service. Also, at the time of booking, it wasn't clear that the filters would not be cleaned as part of the service.

We're in an office so you don't want alot of scents that people might not like. Zerorez gave us a nice, clean slate to work from and everyone was happy. The cleaner was very nice and super quick. He did an excellent job! I can't recommend Zerorez enough!

Our technician was fantastic and very accommodating. I think ZeroRez as a company needs to be more transparent with "hidden add ons" when you book appointments. I booked the $129 hallway and 3 rooms, and then was told in order to "deodorize and sanitize" it was going to be more money. That's pretty deceptive marketing. An analogy would be like going to a car wash and saying we will wash your car for $20, but if you want us to use soap it's going to cost $10 more.

That falls on the company and not Maurice who was an exceptional technician to work with though.
