We had zerorez come out to do our carpets in October.
We had spots that didn't come up and they sent the same technician Corey to redo the spots, Nov 6th, no questions asked. Corey retreated the stains and cleaned the not only the spots, but the whole carpet. It really looks great. Very thankful
