There was some confusion with the pickup schedule....I was given the wrong day for pickup and I was given a lower estimate of cost and not told that payment in full was expected at pick up. But Jason was very good as a representative for Zerorez. Since this was my first time doing business with Zerorez I now know what to expect. Thank you!

Zerorez was our first call. Receiving a quote over the phone was easy. And after hosting a competitor at our business to do an on-site evaluation, then never receiving a quote to clean our carpets in return, the decision was simple. I've worked with your company in the past, and the results and service is still outstanding. There were a few stains in our carpet which caused us to think we'd have to replace it, but now it looks like they were never there to begin with.
