Austin was made aware this was a second chance for Zerorez. I reported our stairs were saturated and Zerorez did not offer to come back and soak up water. Therefore, he asked several times for me to feel the carpet after each room. He certainly tried his best to do a good job and he did. We were very pleased with the results.
