Knowledgeable and dependable

We were very pleased with how clean the carpets came, even very old stains were removed. The couch also looks brand new. This is the best investment we could have made and I know we never could have done it on our own.

Have been using Zerorez for many years (try to have carpets cleaned a minimum of 1x year to every 6mos) and have NEVER had a bad experience! Highly Recommend

I'm so grateful for the tech that came out! I was running late from dropping my dog off at a friends place and then had to jump right into work when I got back. He quickly gave me an overview, helped me understand the pet stain upgrade (so glad I did) and then knocked out the cleaning in no time. We can feel how clean it is and the customer service was off the charts awesome! Thank you

Our wool area rug was cleaned by Zerorez and brought back brand new. Since its red it had some shadows on it from past cleanings that came out. Jason also suggested I get rug pad
