Chris let me know what he was going to do to test the upholstery and determine the type of cleaning necessary!! Also, he successfully removed stains that were over 15 years old from our dining nw chairs. Lastly, he did an excellent job dry cleaning/refreshing our sofa!!! Very pleased!!!
