Isaac, was on time for both appointments. He explained how he would be cleaning the carpet in the bedroom in addition to the grout in the kitchen dinning area. He spend about 4-5 hours at our home and did an excellent job. Isaac is very professional and friendly and I will use hime for future carpet and tile cleaning.
