I am not very knowledgeable about the product used for cleaning but found the company representative doing the work to be very professional, capable and knowledgeable about the product and its application. The results were excellent and immediately apparent and advice was also provided regarding the after care of the carpets.

Looks great so far stains have not resurfaced like they did with Zerorez. Completely different method of cleaning than your typical hose and wand cleaners.
