I’m very likely to recommend SC to someone, just not the marlton 73 location due to incredibly unprofessional behavior that was completely unprompted and unprovoked. Never been treated like that in all the years I’ve been getting my haircut. I will absolutely tell anyone considering this location to choose their stylist wisely, but don’t go as far as to say not to go to this establishment altogether. It shouldn’t be reflected poorly onto the other stylists. The one I experienced needs retraining on customer service or a profession that doesn’t require customer service.
If I visit the moorestown nj location I will only book with Gabby regardless of waiting times. She is very talented, professional and kind. In my opinion she is the main asset of the store-front image. I don’t buy products at sport clips as I believe the products are too expensive for what you get.

I like using the app. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes in accordance with the time I am told to arrive. I choose a specific stylist (Kelli at moorestown location) she always does a great job as well as makes the whole experience joyful.
