Friendly staff and the place was very clean. Love going to Melissa. She has been cutting my hair for awhile. I signed up on the app prior to opening and I had to wait behind 2 other customers who beat me on the app. I didn't mind because Melissa is my stylist. I did have the option to be first available but I didn't mind waiting.
The waitlist system is what works the best for me - I don't have a lot of time and this is the best, fastest system there is, compared to other haircut chains. And everyone at my location is excellent, but especially Christine.
