**** Would like to suggest using small battery operated vaccumes. I watched 3 cleanup team members sweep and resweet three times before getting the popcorn off the carpet. I passed on my suggestion to a manager, but was told they tried using battery operated vaccumes and the kids didn't like them....and the cost was too expensive for the failed attempt.
I LOVE Santikos. We always have a good time and the food is great too.
My only complaint, I think the seats need to be looked at more regularly. Some of the backs have broken down so that when you sit in it, you're almost laying down. :(

Clean. Arcade Games. Bowling. Bar. Proximity to my residence. Cost for food was too high but so are all other theaters.

Casablanca theater is very welcoming and comfortable.
It just easy to do what you need to do. Of using the app for a movie. It can’t get any simpler. At the theater itself there is plenty of help at the concessions. Bathrooms are clean. Seats are comfortable. Plenty of trash bins. If I could make one suggestion. On Military Mondays, one can’t purchase a ticket through the app. One has to go to the theater itself. Yes I understand why because people will be dishonest. If there was some way to maybe work around this. Maybe by providing proof somehow at a theater. This way going forward the availability to buy on line would be more convenient. Something to consider and or ponder. Thanks

Great customer service. Clean & comfortable theater. Good food selection. Only complaint is when I pay for the food to be delivered to my seat, I get a text telling me that I have to go pick up my food from the pick up area… what’s the point in paying for delivery if it’s not brought to our seats?

We went to see Indiana Jones as an extended family of 8. We bought our tickets online and the app was easy to use. Our concession experience was efficient and handled well. The theater was clean and everything was great with out seats.
My two complaints were that I could only buy six tickets per online transaction so I had to split our seats between two online transactions. This sparked the unnecessary concern that maybe our whole group could possibly be split. The second is the online convenience fee for buying online. It just seems like an unnecessary money grab considering the amount of money we spent not only on the price of admission but another couple of hundred in concessions. We understand this might be an industry standard, but it makes me think twice about taking the family to the movies.
