Staff are friendly. When the make mistakes, they offer rain checks to make it right. We do wish the seats reclined. The theaters, lobby and restrooms are usually clean.

Staff is friendly and courteous. The auditoriums are clean and not smelly. The bar staff are hard working and prompt. Some of the seats are getting worn and need to be replaced but overall the place is nice. Carpet clean.

The facility (Casa Blanca) is always nice and clean. Bathroom facilities sparkle! Your employees are always polite and never appear to have any kind of attitude. Always are helpful and attentive. Really enjoy the whole movie experience!
