Santikos theatres are always clean & inviting.

The food & drink products sold are a bit pricey but are of good quality. I like that I may serve my own drink. Also like that the profits are shared w/the community.

I purchased tickets for the wrong seats, but the Service Desk was happy to help switch the seats out for ones that I was originally trying to get. No questions asked. Top notch service!

The atmosphere was good as always, but the seats in the theater in which I saw the movie were not the cleanest. The cup holders were sticky and there was some popcorn left in the seat.

Everything. Your concessions are fast, efficient, decently priced and always staffed (even on Tuesday we had no wait). The food looks and tastes good. Everyone is polite and helpful. Tickets are easy to buy.
Well never go back to Regal again. You are the exact opposite of them.
