Great service and nice atmosphere
I absolutely love the amount of space I have to sit in my chair and relax. I don’t have to worry if anyone in the aisle is using the restroom or grabbing concessions because I don’t need to put anything on the floor not at scared to drop anything in my hands.
Excellent service all the time! Marika (Mgr)is always greeting, smiling, and cleaning the theatre. Mrgs like her who set the example are the reason many employees go above and beyond. They take care of the business and in return take care of you. Please congratulate all the staff at Casa, and Marika! We will keep coming back as long as she is there.

The ticket buying was simple, didn't have to deal with waiting in line. Really nice facility with everything you need to stay entertainened without getting bored having to wait for the movie to start. It offers a veriety of snacks and food for everyone and coffee for those who like that stuff.

The atmosphere is great. You get to enjoy different fun activities, not just watch a movie. We had the pleasure of sitting in some recliner seats and had plenty of room to move around and eat. The food was also delicious.

I would like to give a special thank you to one of your employees we encountered today on our visit. I believe his name is Karlen. He gave the best customer service we'd ever received at this location and at any movie theatre. My husband and I had visited the concession counter individually on separate occasions. This evening when we were talking, we both shared our experiences and realized it was the same employee. Not only was he professional and friendly, but he geniunely made us feel like he cared about us. He truly went above and beyond! Not only a great employee, but an incredible human being. I hope this will be shared with him so he can know he is appreciated and continue the extraordinary work! Thank you Karlen!
