Everything was great!! Great customer service!
Comfort of seating, excellent customer service, and the fact that all profits go back into the local community!!!

Always amazing. Great time great service
Friendly staff, always clean.
The safety and the cleaning of the theater
Friendly service. We went to get snacks at the pizza bar and Marcus was very pleasant with our family.
We loved every aspect of the theatre and the food was amazing!
Positives are the recliners, ease of purchasing tickets online. and cleanliness of bathrooms.
Pricing is somewhat high on drinks and popcorn. Meals are WAY over priced for the quality.
I rate this experience a 10 however, because it doesn’t prevent me from continuing to attend movies at this theatre.
Clean, friendly
I love this. Casblanca is the only place I will go to.
Has a lot of different things to offer
If the food and drinks were cheaper, I might actually buy some instead of eating before I go.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EVEN DOWN TO THE BURGER WE ORDERED AND OF COURSE THE BEER WAS COLD, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.....
Theatre seating & space between aisle to walk w/o stepping on your feet!
the big screen and cleanliness
I think theater 14 has a mold problem.

The theaters/bathrooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and being able to reserve seats ahead if time is awesome!!
the food served in the theater with drinks was very nice. The entire experience was terrific.
The staff is always friendly at the concession stands and bars. The fountain drink area is always clean as are the restrooms. There is security and parking is well lit. Some theaters however, do smell I will say and not in a good way.
It’s alwats a great experience and most importantly it’s always so clean!
We went and saw the classic 1986 Aliens here. OMG I'm just excited they even do this. Every time we go here it's awesome though. I especially like the reclining seats and self serve drinks. I always get an ICEE and large popcorn. yummy!
The reclining seats
I love this theater! Can you please make all Santimos this way with the recliner seats. I love the space this theater provides the audience and nit having to quiz by people down the aisles. Please make Silverado 16 this way too! I live near Silverados but take the drive to Palladium or Casa Blanca because of the truw theater expierence!
