I previously had a kess than enjoyable experience at Santikos Casablanca and had the opportunity to fill out a survey. I was unexpectedly contacted via email regarding my survey. Zachary Rhiger was the individual who reached out. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the theater and pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and courtesy. He was eager to make things right and I just didn't even expect anyone to reach out.
It was enough to get me to return to Santikos. So, I very much appreciate his efforts.

We purchased tickets from wrong theater and the team member checking tickets caught it for us then the customer service team helped refund those and get us new ones no problem was a smooth solution to a problem I didn’t even know I made they were great!
