I had an issue with my seat when we watched Gladiator and Zachary Rhiger messaged me back about our issue. He did great with raincheck tickets to another movie and made us feel like it mattered to what we think or how we felt.

It's a clean theater, the food choice is really great and the options for free refills on drinks is really in the movie theater part.
I love Santikos and will always recommend it- but my seat was broken in the theatre I went to last night. It was really uncomfortable but I didn’t have time to address the issue as my movie was about to start and I didn’t want to miss it.
