Service is always great. I went to get a refill on popcorn and my drink and the attendant in the movie room went and got both my refills and brought it back to me. Never had that happen before great customer service and I didn't miss any of the movie. Atmosphere is always pleasant no interuptions from phones or people talking.
My experience at Casa Blanca is always great. The workers are always friendly and seem to enjoy what they are doing. The chairs are comfortable, the popcorn is tasty and I have my choice of hundreds of different drink. The theater picture and sound is amazing. If I had any complaint its where the restroom is. It's a bad design choice to have the restroom outside of the main area and becomes an inconvenience if you arrive early and need to go before the rest of your party arrives.

Santikos Casa Blanca is one my favorite movie theater to go on a date night with my spouse. Been going there since it open a couple years ago. It's convenient and the location is not to far where I reside. The seats are very comfortable and purchasing the tickets is a breeze. Love the concession stand and getting rewards is pretty easy. Instead the using the app to scan points, now they just ask for your phone number. Very cool. Thank you Santikos for making a longtime customer!
