Our experience in the theater is good the only thing I can complain about the movie app. Whenever we want to buy our movie tickets on the app sometimes it does not go thru and; if it does go thru it will not give us our points. The app sometimes is a inconvenience and then when we go on person there’s long lines.

The theater was clean, the chairs were comfortable but it would be nice if they reclined back a bit. The concession stand was nice and clean. My only complaint is the popcorn, the batch I had was very salty and could not enjoy it. Maybe if you all could cut back on the salt and let the customers salt it to their tasting, then it would be great. All in all, I had a very plesant experience. Keep up the good work!

I love the renovations to the older theaters and the cleanliness of the new theaters. One thing that Santikos can add is a full service restaurant at Casa Blanca, not just bar food. Respectful Dinner, gaming and a movie.... date night all in one.
