Love the service and the seats
Great movie theater with exceptional entertainment. Popcorn is always on point. Consider making your rewards structure a little more flexible. Haven't seen an increase in rewards after going repeatedly to the movies

It is close to my home and can house many different movies. I love the seats and the curved screen. You have a lot of choices as far as food and drink.... including alcohol!

Nice clean theatre
The grilled chicken is far better at palladium. Casablanca chicken is dry and bland whereas the Palladium chicken is more flavorful and juicy. Though I do prefer that the chicken is chopped at casablanca opposed to sliced at palladium. If you need an authentic casablanca customer to taste test your food I literally can be there in 5 mins.

The best experience is when you remove all the frills and perks.(Which are many and great) What is left is the best staff. I have ever had the pleasure being served and helped by the young Ladies and Gentlemen you have working their. From their politeness to their honest ability to help.

Theatre always clean. Usually management piles left of the ticket cashiers, but there was a manager the other day that I guess saw I was a little lost picking my food up due to the remodeling of the food lockers. I liked the observation he had and the will to help wish I new his name. Stalky 5'7 trim facial hair white Male. Well either way thank you for getting my food and getting me to my movie on time. We love Casa Blanca.

Everything was amazing,
one note that i did have, was that there was no one there checking our tickets when we walked in.
My friend and I purchased our tickets online and didn't even need to show proof to anyone before going to the movie.
This is a little alarming because then one can think that someone can just walk in and then go into a movie and sit in the seats that i paid for then when i show up have that awkward moment of telling someone to please get out of my seats.
Other than that it was amazing.
Staff is always helpful and smiling. The theaters are clean and seats are comfortable.

Love our experience there, we go every week to every other week. Customer service is always top notch and prices aren’t too bad either, at least for what other movie theaters are going for with less amenities!
